Helped me out on a layaway with a revolver that I had always wanted ever since I was a kid. Great group of guys and excellent service every time I go in.

I was looking to buy a hand gun, the problem is I have large hands so no hand gun that I look at would work. I Stop at Sporting Goods Discounters. Denny the owner took one look at my big paws an said I have the right gun for you! Very Happy Customer.

Wish I had gone there sooner! Thoroughly pleased with the service I received.

Best place bar none for information on guns and advice. They bend over backwards to be helpful in sales and ordering. Its like being one of the family. Highly recommended !!!!!

Sorry to hear about you experience ryan.Patrick.543. I have purchased 3 handguns, a shotgun and over a thousand rounds of ammo from these guys. I know they do get real busy at times and it can be a real disappointment to have to wait your turn. But the attention I got when my turn came was well worth the wait every time! Try shopping at a less busy time frame if you are in a rush because the service IS GREAT, THE PRICES ARE THE BEST, THE AMMO IS NOT OLD. But if you like Clearfield enjoy the trip, I know the country ride makes for a nice view.

Excellent. knowledgeable staff. I have worked with four of the counter staff and the owner, best service always. Well stocked, great with orders. Always beats my internet check on competitors prices.

Horrible customer service, horrible prices, old and outdates ammunition. Drive to Clearfield, it's more worth it.

Terrible customer service, if they even talk to you. Overall the staff is rude and the selection is terrible. It's almost as if they couldn't care if they even sold a firearm. I've been in here 5-6 times now, fully intent on purchasing a new firearm the last two times. All they had to do is not be rude and they would have made the sale. I've waited 15-20 minutes to talk to a associate on multiple occasions, and it wasn't like they were helping any other customers. I eventually gave up and left the store. I'll be purchasing my firearms anywhere but here and will make sure all my coworkers to do the same.

I was skeptical at first, bought my first gun there and hated it. But after talking to the manager, they found the gun for me, I LOVE MY WITNESS, thanks guys!!!



And they made it right, I would totally shop there again and recommend to all my co workers.



They have great selection, great prices (you won't appreciate that till you shop around altoona first)
