If you need any tattoo work done Matt is the man to see at tattoo joe's from cover ups to anything you need done big or small. everyone is very friendly makes you feel at home and comfortable very clean shop and equipment. i recommend this place in the Westend over any of the ones in Richland and they wont charge ridiculous prices like the others. before you go anywhere else go to Tattoo Joe across street from Zekes in the Westend ask for Matt. They do piercings as well .
