My daughter had an appointment for glasses in July 2017 and its Jan 2018 until now we have not receive her glasses. I've been calling for the last 6 months they were giving the run around and promise to call. I never got a call from them. The employees are so incompetent, unprofessional he needs to hire new people. Dr. Casper is great eye doctor. He needs to choose wisely, professional and good characters people to work for him otherwise we will loose a lot of patients. I'm so disappointed with this situation. And I just called in today Jan 18 the person supposed to call me back does not work there anymore. Spoke to a new person still does not know what's going on with daughters glasses.
