Worst experience ever!! to start my wedding ring was purchased here, well a month ago the band got bent so my husband took it into have it fixed, well needless to say they had to re-band the ring the cost was only suppose to be $200, well a week later we went to pick up the ring and it was $250 to get it back and the ring no longer fits my finger.
At the same time my husband dropped off my wedding band to get fixed he also made another purchase, a new ring! well I was extremely excited I mean what girl isn't when they get jewelry from their husband well needless to say what an extreme disappointment!!! i had the ring 1 week and the top stone fell out so I took it back, they replaced the stone but I had to wait 2 weeks to get it back and I had to call them to find out if it was ready... well I had the ring 1 week and most of that time it sat in the black box that it came in as I do not wear my jewelry at home while I am cleaning and doing yard work. So I pulled the ring out of the box to wear it and it wasn't even on my hand for an hour when I noticed the same stone was MISSING AGAIN!!! So I went to the store to see what could be done about the missing stone and I explained to the lady behind the counter that this was the second time the stone went missing so she went to talk to Dave and let me say this the man was not the most pleasant person to deal with, just shy of basically telling me that the stones in the ring were junk and that it was pretty much my fault that the stone fell out. So now I pretty much have a ring that I can not wear for fear of the stones falling out and a jewelry store that doesn't stand behind its work guess thats the kind of services you get when you spend $3000 on jewelry at places like this. next time I think I will stick to the chain stores and buy something that I will get a guarantee with!!!
and needless to say I was not happy with the solution to this issue either, in fact Dave was more worried about his profit and reputation than making sure his customer was satisfied with the custom work he does. well Dave this is one customer who was extremely disappointed in the service you provided.

A week later we stopped to get the ring and it was $250 to get it back and the ring no longer fits they made it too big so now I can no longer wear it.
My husband also purchased another ring from this store a month ago, week after having the ring for a week the center stone fell out, so I took it back they replaced the stone but had the ring for 2 weeks and I had to call to make sure it was ready, well I got the ring back a week ago and another stone fell out, I took it back in and spoke to David, who basically told me that the stone were cheap junk and that it was pretty much my fault that they stones keep falling out. Yet the ring has spent more time sitting in the box it came in as I do not wear my jewelry while I am at home. so now I have a $2400 ring that I can not wear.
