Paid for the suoer value car wash that was supposed to include everything the full service had plus tires and underbody. The outside looks good. But they didnt do the windows or dash/steering wheel like the website exclaims. I will never go back again.

Went in for "Interior Super Clean" - Web site states "extra 30 min" sign at shop states "extra 20 min". Check in on the receipt was 2:32 I was pulling out of there at 3:55, "platinum mat shampoo" which was included in the price was not done. Need to be better about setting expectations. Ok job on the cleaning, but nothing that would wow. particularity since an "included" service was not even preformed.

I just bought a new car and figured I would take it to a car wash instead of doing it myself. My dad takes his car here and has never had a problem so I figured how bad could it be? Thankfully there was no damage to my car (as I saw a mini van that went in behind me lose it's side mirror) but after I got home and looked at my car, there were large water streaks on the passenger door and the front of my car was still dirty. I will NEVER come here again. Highly disappointed considering I payed for the most expensive exterior wash. I do not recommend this place.

My wife took her car to dolphin car wash on Hennepin drive in Joliet they broke the speaker grill on the rear windshield and clean and refused to claim responsibility for it when my wife watched the lady leaned against it and crack it

I came home and while re cleaning what they missed, noticed my rear floor mats gone. I had to call them 3 times and Amber said the mats were never in the car. They are liars and are not "committed to satisfaction" as they state! If they would have just admitted they put them in someone else's car I would have been ok, but they all lied about it. I know my mats were there the imprints are still there, poor poor business practice here...don,t go there!

This is the worst car wash in Illinois There Joliet location broke down and spayed hydraulic fluid all over my car. They them tried to hand wash it with a hard sponge and a degreaser that cause a lot of damage to my cars paint scratches and swirl marks



I had to take my car to a professional detail shop to be buffed out and also had to have a body shop repaint my back bumper.. I would steer clear of this place as they will ruin your car. My total damage was almost $500 dollars. They tried to offer me $150 in car wash credit for my damage. I wouldn't let this place wash my dog let alone ever touch my car again

This car wash does a great job. My windows were so clean and didnt streak up.
