I am a regular with Enterprise Rental but this is my first time visiting Joliet. I previously visited the stores in Quakertown, Pa which I still do when I am in town. A very favorite of mine. Very kool people. They take care of me like I own the store. The store in Plainfield, IN is a gem. They are always so busy when I arrive there but they take a moment to laugh and joke with me, offer me water. They take good care of me and my wallet. I am spoiled by both stores. Making me feel like I don't need to think of any other car rental business. I look forward to going there when I am in town. My first experience with Joliet was not in one of these stores rating level for the following reasons. First I must say the pickup I can not complain about. But the arrival at the store was not a good greeting.

I was greeting hello Mr. (Whatever). I looked at them with "who?" The guys were like oh aren't you Mr..... uh no. The guy they were referring to is about 5'9", approx. 250+ pounds dark skinned So around 40-45 years old and he is a known regular. I am 6'2" 223 pounds caramel brown skinned 53 year old man. I am not a regular. I looked and said "really?" "You are kidding me right?" Do we really look that much alike? Try a little harder guys before I say something inappropriate. That was stupid. Then I reserved an economy car. They show it to me small talk here and there then offer me a car two classes higher. I said for the same price? He says yeah and kept talking. I get the car. It's dirty inside and out. He only offered to clean the mirrors which he did himself and checked the tires. If I were not in a hurry I would have walked out. I had the VW Jetta that had transmis issues that functioned but I won't take car ever again. I reserved again. Let's see how this goes. I hope they'll see this an make an improvement.

I met an agent named Roger, that picked me up from a local auto body repair shop. He was very nice and informative. He worked quickly to get me the vehicle I needed and I was on my way.
I also appreciate the weekend hours available at the Joliet Enterprise office. Thank you.
