Provided by YP.comI am a Holland driver out of another terminal was very disappointed that a shipment picked up in Mchenry and sent to Joliet for delivery was a total mess. 10-4 window for delivery. No phone call hour before delivery. residential delivery usually do that in other terminals. Customer called terminal and they said it was refused. Never got to the house to be refused.

Provided by YP.comBeen doing business with USF Holland for many years but sadly their service has really fallen off lately. Their failure to deliver on time has jeopardized my business relations with my customers (freight is now 2days overdue and still not in my state) and has cost my business a great deal of money. Very difficult to get anybody on the phone that can actually assist with problems on their docks and when you do there is little sense of urgency (been waiting hours for a call back). Lots of other LTL carriers out there who would be happy to have the opportunity. Doing what I can now to have them removed from our carrier lists permanently as I can only expect service to get worse.
