Over the past 6 months, I have had difficulty when shopping at ONLY this particular Jewel Osco store. I have complained to department managers, the store manager and even called the corporate office, but all complaints fell on deaf ears. Between not having items that are on sale, and reconfiguring the layout of the store during normal business hours (which included blocking aisles with carts & pallets so that people had trouble getting through). Today was the last straw. Jewel Osco has a special on 2 pcs of fish with potato wedges for $3.50. For the price I'm not expecting large pieces of fish (which they weren't by the way), but I WAS expecting them to have the potato wedges but I was told there aren't any - at all - and this being the FIRST day of the sale!!



Going forward I will save myself the trouble and drive an extra mile and go to Food for Less, or Ultra Foods. Jewel is not the only store in town - thankfully!! I would not recommend patronizing this store at all.
