Kirandt Group works exclusively for the gaming industry. Since 2002, our firm has earned a solid reputation for integrity and client confidentiality while providing service evaluations and competitive intelligence services for our clients from coast to coast. Our Service Evaluation department provides casino properties with reports on guest service from the Gambler's Perspective. Kirandt's evaluators make regular visits to the client properties, evaluate all facets of the experience and provide exceptionally detailed reports. We do not hire unknown contractors via the internet. Our evaluators are our full-time employees ( as opposed to the independent contractors that other companies hire online ) and we confidently stand behind their knowledge, integrity and work product. Kirandt's Competitive Intelligence division has offered customized CI programs, primarily centering on direct mail marketing and comp reinvestment, to our casino clients on an individual contract basis.
