My car kept making a noise in the back I had no idea where it came from and I took it to Socrates who's so smart, he just knew the two problems it could be and fixed it within 2 days. He was really educative because I know nothing about cars but he told me what he was charging me for and how it helped my car. Like wow. No other shop has done that in my 12 years of experiencing different shops. There was a fresh smell in the office too which I appreciated

Socrates is not professional and neither are his staff. I just found a pastry wrapper in the vents after having to pop out the panel in hopes of fixing damages they surely caused. Socrates berates you like a bully, cuts you off in the middle of trying to explain the issue and physically used his elbow so that I couldn't close my door.

Great prices and good work. I trust their professional opinion completely.

Had to take my sons car to Masters because the engine through a rod, and was treated with such professionalism, they were very up front showed us all our options as far as what we had to choose from for a new motor. Never felt like we were taken advantage of. We were given the estimate before the work was started and the day it was suppose to be done. It turned out the estimate was lower than what was quoted, and the car was done a day earlier then it was expected. I would recommend Masters to any one who need work on there car

I went in there telling them that there was a noise in my car that I had already taken some where and knew there was something else wrong w the air sensor but I knew that to see what the noise was. They called my mother and told he no I came in for something else that they were fixing the sensor cause I couldn't accelerate with out this and charged her 100.00 dollars for a used part when it's almost that amount new and I could put it on my self then argued with me saying I told them something else. So I paid 65 for them to not tell me what's wrong and over a hundred dollars fir something I was already in the process of fixing my self. I would never go back there. They took advantage cause they talked to my mother and it's sad to loose alot of business over 200.00

I had a really good experience yesterday here. The guys were really friendly and helped to let me know what was going on with my car, which is good since I had no idea. The prices were reasonable too.

Master's Automotive fixed my transmission when three other places wouldn't do it. They gave me an awesome deal, and did a fantastic job. The customer service was excellent.

You can't get much better customer service and friendly staff than at Master's Automotive. I went in there to get my car fixed and I couldn't believe how fast they were able to get it done. They are very focused on what they are doing and will not take a break until they are done with your car. Now that is dedication and well appreciated. I will definitely be back.

My gear shifter would have a hard time going into the "Park" position. I took it into Master's Automotive and they were able to loosen it to make it easier to handle. I have been using it like this for quite some time now and it is working perfectly. I won't trust anyone else with my transmission. Thank you for all that you did.

I needed help. My car was making the weirdest noise that I have ever heard. I had less than an idea on where to take it. I search around til I found something that I thought would be a good fit for whatever it was that I needed. I finally found Master's Automotive and thought that I would give it a shot. Why I like this auto repair shop: Reasonable prices, hard workers who do great work, fast repair time, wonderful staff! I recommend this place to people all the time!

I've been to many car repair shops and never really expected much from them. I would go in, make sure they weren't over charging me, they would do an okay job, and I would leave. When I went here I thought to myself...is this what a great experience feels like? And it was. Everyone treated me so kindly and made sure I was paying a fair price. They did a great job and I will be going back!

Master's Auto is incredibly trust worthy, friendly and unintimidating. I don't know much about cars, so when something sounds off or the car starts to ride funny, I take it to Master's Auto because I know I'll get an honest assessment of the issue.

Good shop to get check ups on your car, the guys there are very detail oriented and check everything out thoroughly. If you live anywhere in Joliet this is the shop to take your car to.

I took my car in to get an oil change, and nothing else but the guys there were nice enough to give a quick check on other things on my car. They pointed out that the tread on one of my tires was wearing out more than the others...could have been something dangerous if not caught. Thanks guys for keeping an eye out for things like that.

You can believe the other positive reviews. I had a leak that came back, but they fixed it no charge, no excuses. Gotta love a shop that stands behind their work.
