Megan Gieseler did an amazing job for us! She was hard working and tenacious. Every motion put forth by opposing counsel was defeated. My son is a special needs child. She knew the laws in that area and we of her way to learn specifically about him. She met his therapists and attended his I.E.P. at school. Paralegal Olivia was also wonderful throughout the case. They both went above and beyond to get the outcome we did. Ms. Gieseler patiently explained everything I didn't understand. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a family lawyer, not just special needs. I am so grateful for her representation of my family.

I contacted Attorney Giglio when I was going through some problems with my son's school. My son is in special ed and the school was pushing for additional meetings and evaluations of my son that I didn't think was necessary. Upon meeting Attorney Giglio, he made me feel at ease and genuinely wanted to know my son by taking the time to talk with me. He didn't rush me, making sure I understood the process of these IEP meetings and felt comfortable with the plan of action. We went into the meeting and he was great! Right before we walked in we talked about what kind of cue to give him if I needed him to step in and help me if I felt backed into a corner. He was literally in my corner! During my divorce my primary concern was my daughter. Steve and I worked together to ensure she was taken care of and her best interest was of the upmost importance. There were definite struggles throughout this process but Steve handled each and every one and did what was best for myself and my child. Divorce can be extremely ugly and the legal side can be difficult to understand. Steve and his staff made sure I knew at each step what was happening and where we would go next. We needed help to stop my son's license from being suspended (with five days notice). Charles Ogan reviewed our options, mapped out a plan, made all the needed calls and let me know exactly what to do down to the wording of what I should ask. This involved working with Wisconsin and the State of Illinois. I was pretty stressed because the license suspension would have meant my son losing his job. I've never been so uncomfortable in my life in a professional's (and I use that term loosely) office. I had called on a referral, and what's ridiculous is that I was referred HERE!.Anyway, after getting the third degree from a gal who answered the phone I was granted an appointment. Yeah, I realize that by saying "my mom has a concern" I'd like to pursue verses "I have a concern' there could be room for someone wasting somebodies time, however like I said, I was referred. I initially met with a younger gentaman who told me in a gruff and assuming manner like I'd be LUCKY if his honor S. MEVORAH would take my case. Amidst snide remarks about how young I was, and that if I needed money in some sort of emergency this wasn't the way to go about it.... I continued anyway.Well I should have trusted my gut at first phone call. And I'll next say I'm pulling a bunch of punches here as I've been told to be careful with my negative comments as if not 100% accurate they could be construed as slanderous. Anyway, don't go here if you are a girl... the attorney they hurried me into see and all of a sudden when they decided my moms claim was credible made me ill. That man shouldn't be an agent of the court, period.
