I just brought my vehicle in for the mid grade $10 wash. I should've known by how loud and violent the actually wash was while going through it that something wasn't quite right. After inspecting my vehicle, a large SUV, I noticed light scratches all along both side panels of my vehicle. Vertical, horizontal and diagonal. I know these scratches were not there before bringing my vehicle in. I spoke with the owner of the wash who said to bring my husband back with me (you know, because I'm a silly ole woman and I have no idea what that big thing is that I even drive! How do I get on in life without the guidance of a man?!?) so he could bring us inside and show both of us that it was not his machines that made the scratches because they don't move in the directions the scratches were (which were all directions: horizontal, vertical, diagonal). I asked about the possibility of them correcting it with a buff or gloss and he countered by "inviting" me in to see if it was in fact his machines that made the scratches by seeing if we could reproduce any of the scratches that his machines allegedly made. Needless to say, I won't be taking him up on his invitation and will not be returning. I will go out of my way to the delta sonic wash off of Larkin.
