Nite Owl has very rude employees from the office help to the service tech. My freezer draw will not open, tech was there for 5 mins and could not do anything. Said they would order a part, 15 days later never got a follow up. I called the office they did not return my call. When I finally did get hold of them the woman was short and very unprofessional. Doesn't understand the customer's frustration when they are left in the dark. I asked her if she could follow up on the part, "what for? that's what the computers for".
Lowes uses them as a contract repair vendor, know that you can refuse to work with them.
Very unprofessional business!!
I would like to give them zero stars, but that is not an option.

Reading many of these posts are like reading my own story. Needed 3 trips for my ice maker in my fridge, 1st attempt - wrong ice maker, 2nd attempt - right ice maker - lasted a week and then same problem - 3rd attempt - removed ice maker all together - problem solved. I no longer have an ice maker in my fridge, so there's nothing to fix. They claim they were working with the manufacturer to find a solution, but that was 2 months ago. When they removed the ice maker, that disabled all other keypad functions and my water dispenser. I can't even set the temperature. When I called, they recommended that I invest in a counter top ice maker. Not very professional in my opinion.

Additionally, I don't have much trust in them. The tech (not sure if he was the owner) told me stories of how they would blame water leaks on the family pets if the customer was a jerk.

In my opinion you're better off staying clear. Unfortunately some companies use them for the warranty service.

One of the worst customer service companies I have EVER dealt with. The lady who answers the phone needs to learn people skills and how to be flexible to meet customers needs. Instead of offering a solution to the scheduling conflict she flat out said we are full and we are canceling with you today. You will have to call the warranty company to reschedule.

The words she will never say is....let me see if there is a way we can help you with your situation.

Worse company I have EVER dealt with! Lowes scheduled appointment for a minor repair on a month old appliance, window 1-5pm took whole day off and they never showed up, called lowes and their rep was told the company got "backed up and would be out tomorrow" seriously this company thinks people sit around all day waiting and they don't feel a phone call is necessary? Rate "F"

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Lowes scheduled an appointment for them to fix my washer and they never showed up! Was waiting home for 4 hours and never even received a call or anything! "Nite Owl" closes at 4pm which is nowhere near night time...makes no sense! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
