HORRIBLE DO NOT GO!If I could put no stars I would. This place is horrible! I had several appointments here because I broke my ankle and I was here for about 4 hours. I got there before my appointment times and it took atleast an hour for someone to call my name. If I was anyone I would go somewhere else! The service was also horrible they said they scheduled to many people at the same time well that is ridiculous! They need new people working here.

Recently tore my Achilles tendon and treated with Dr Sauer from the Rezin group. I saw him at the Joliet location and he confirmed through by exam and MRI that I tore it good. What impressed me initially was that he really seemed to care and was very comforting in his conversation with me. i never felt rushed and he answered every question I had. He discussed a few options and sighted several recent studies on my injury. Ultimately I knew that surgery was the best option but he explained the other choice and the pros and cons. I am 57 and did not want to be troubled with a lingering problem that would limit my activity so we scheduled surgery within 10 days and it was an amazing success. If you have ever gone trough something like this when it first happens you think:Oh God, I'll never be the same and it's really scary. I am so thankful for the expertise and care that Dr Sauer and his staff offered me that I am now thanking God for my blessings. I will be completely off crutches and back to normal in no time. I would recommend Rezin Orthopedics to anyone who has a bone, joint, muscle, tendon, nerve or ligament injury. They are all great to work with and quickly accessible.

I saw Dr Jason Franklin recently for my severe back pain. He not only listened to me he really cared about me. I've been a nurse for 30 years was so happy with Dr Franklin’s care that I wrote a letter to Dr Rezin, the owner and President of the practice. Dr. Franklin is a rare doctor who is exceptional in his profession. Dr. Franklin is caring, concerned, professional, remarkable, dedicated, and inspiring. All this added up to the best care I have ever received by a doctor. Reputation says it all!
