Rhona could have taken more responsibility for getting my mother a correctly fitted pair of appropriate shoes. My mother resides in a nursing home with swollen feet and diabetes. She has gone without shoes for over 2 months . the shoes Rhona purchased for her did not fit. we could not return them. She would not discount the 2nd pair to cost.
