This company told me that their product would fit my fireplace and it did not. They would not rectify the situation in any manner. Below is copied and pasted correspondence directly from my email of their business representative telling me that their product fit my fireplace when it did not. When I contacted them to explain, they told me it was past their policy for returns (we were building a house and purchased the doors in advance when they confirmed they were the correct doors) and basically they told us too bad for us...we're keeping your money and won't return the unused product that we were ill-advised on and cannot use.

Below is the email where they advised me that it was the correct product:

Hello Robbin,
Yes, your fireplace takes the Heatilator door, DM1036, for the only fireplace door that will fit it. Both companies are closely related, and some of the fireplaces take the Heatilator doors.
