Took my car in to get an oil change. Just before that I had my car washed (insisde and out). After the oil change I get into my car and there is grease all over my chair, steering wheel, door, and floorboard. If this is how they treat your car, I can't imagine how shoddy their internal work is.

Horrible. My father used to go here for small issues. He was 70 years old and knew how to fix cars, however at his age, he didn't want to bend down and fix anything anymore. I went here when my hose busted and coolant sprayed all over my engine. I was told for 60 dollars they would replace the part for me and look at what was causing my engine to shake.



I had to buy the part myself, and when I got there, they said the 60 dollars was just to replace a hose, further inspection would cost more money. 60 dollars to replace a hose?!? It's a 10 minute job! I asked how much they charge by the hour for service and they told me "they do not charge per hour but by job". Yeah, so they can rip you off.



You can never reach them on the phone either. VERY frustrating place to deal with. When you speak with anyone there, they don't even give you that feeling as if they know what they are doing. I was basically told "the engine doesn't work anymore, the car is trash."



How can you assess that when you told me you won't look at my car without paying more??? Now they did look at it for me and it's broke once I told them I am taking it somewhere else...



Go save yourself some time, money, and heartbreak and stay away from this place. They should be sued for impersonating a car garage!

This is a place you should avoid at all cost.
I had 2 converters replaced by this company and 1 of them went bad within the warranty time.  I took the car back 3 times for this problem and finally I bought a new part on my own and they removed their bad part and then told me they were not going to refund my $160.00.  I ended up contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
