They are crooks and will lie and make you pay all kind of money for a car and then tell you oops I'm sorry that happened. Smh! Why can't you tell people everything before making them jump through hoops to get a claim filed?? Shady place for insurance

I will not give casualty corp any stars. I renewed my policy with them at the end of Nov. On Dec1 I added another vehicle. Over paid premium in Dec. and in January questioned the premium and contacted my agent. They had failed to add the vehicle on dec1. And then wanted me to compensate them for their mistake. The way I look at it they owe me about $140.00. Because of their mistake. I drove vehicle for 2mths thinking That I had ins. and I didn't. I strongly suggest not to use this company.

Rude people.crystle has to be the worst claims agent in the world .they totally ripped me off on a home claim.state farm here i come

Every representative I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. It took CC two weeks to get their estimate, and that was only after I spoke with the manager Trey. He was also unhelpful and unwilling to discuss serious customer service issues concerning CC employees. CC bungled every step of the claim process. They are without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with in every capacity.

I too was rear ended and had to get an attorney to get payment for my injuries. That took 6 months and it ONLY covered my attorney and the doctor. I got NOTHING!! My attorneys (Carr and Carr) were less than helpful, but that's another review. CC wanted to TOTAL my car and it was less than a year old. I ended up getting it fixed myself letting my insurance company fight it out with them. They refused to give me a rental or even reimburse the rental I got. I hope I NEVER get hit by someone using this insurance company again.
