If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I paid $55 per month for 2 months plus a $20 fee deposit and had a storage unit in the climate controlled building. I had a few hundred of dollars worth of clothing, appliances (chewed cords), etc that I had to discard as well as to clean everything I owned in the storage building because there was mice pee and poop on everything. I killed a total of 8 mice while moving my stuff out and asked for a refund. The manager was nice but the owner was completely rude and didn't care about anything but profit. After everything, they couldn't refund $130 that I paid for two months that was way below the damages done. Do not get a storage unit here! I've had multiple storage units and never had to deal with such unprofessional people and storage units infested with mice. I thought I was doing the right thing by paying for climate control.... Nope, there's mice and nobody in management cares.
