I have done business with Al for years when I seen this I could not believe my eyes he is very nice person and helpful sold me and my family lots of furniture I never had a problem with his way of business maybe she was the problem ��������

I am sorry but Al ask to help take mattress in the camper to make sure it would fit for you before you opened it that is something he was not supposed to do he was trying to help you It not his problem that you and your husband can not read a tape measure!!!! So you can not blame Al for that!!! First of Al is NOT A LIAR!!!! Al did not tried to pull a fast one on you AL is a good man been in business for 20 years and I will not let you keep running his name in the ground like this I will put a stop to it!!!! I will tell you this Al never told the sale rep he took the mattress back it was open so We will not return open mattress sorry would you take a Return open mattress tell truth if you know how!!!! And yes the rules are more effective because of COVID-19 golden sale rep said no return but we have our on policy to As for Al get upset I would have got upset if a CRAZY LADY would have been in my face to!!!!! Al wanted to try the mattress in the camper when you was there with the camper but you did not want to so do not SAY AL was helping you he was!!!!
