They did a pretty good job with my alteration but they "assumed I'd be happy with the results" before I even saw it, which is not a good business practice. There were also 2 spots on the coat when it was returned that were not there when I took it in. One felt like a candy stain. Overall, pleased with results but I will have to have my new coat cleaned due to this.
