James F. Gramling, Jr. is a native of Jonesboro, Arkansas. After graduating from Vanderbilt Law School, he was admitted to the Arkansas Bar Association in 1997 and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit in 1998. His practice was initially in insurance defense matters with a focus on appellate practice.
