Don’t use them! Horrible customer service, won’t return phone calls. My mom started ordering my Dad’s monument in December and it was delivered in June, but was not what was ordered. Jonesboro Monument set the stone before her approval. The stone isn’t what she ordered and the birthdates of both my parents are wrong! Now she has to have this removed and start all over with someone else! Save yourself time and heartache don’t use them!

Never answers phone number listed. It has been four months since ordering headstone for my parents and it is still not there!
