We had a online purchase issue,that no one seem to want to help us with or even try to resolve the problem... with their 1-800 number... so we called Lowe's directly in Jonesboro....The Manager on duty,His name is J.T went over and beyond with his help....Amazing Costumer Service by J.T the Manager....Thank you so very much....I Highly recommend Lowe's in Jonesboro Arkansas....

Really the best place to go for any home project and also for your big appliances. Always someone to help you with a smile. So if y'all dig it you need to go check this really groovy place out! Peace out w/ love

Absolutely worst service I've ever experienced. Took me 10 minutes just to find an employee because they were all just sitting around by the doors. When I asked for help they looked at me like I was annoying then one just pointed in the direction of something instead of actually helping. When I talked to the manager he stated "If you need help you shouldn't be shopping here." I replied "I guess I'll take my business elsewhere then". To which he replied "that's fine we don't need your money anyways". I advise avoiding this place like the plague.

Installers, i realize don't represent the store, but are still paid and endorsed by the store. The installers for my AC tried to shake me down to pay twice, tried to upsell me on a major renovation just to put an AC in, all after I'd already paid lowes for the installers to come and put the AC in. I will never use lowes again because they are not keep a close eye on the people they hire to do jobs for them.

Lowes is my favorite place to shop for all outdoor plants. During the spring and summer they have a great selection.
