Provided by YPmobileGot a 2011 GMC Terrain from them. It seemed pretty good at first. Was a little mad that I put 3200 dollars down on it and couldn't get them to pay taxes. Then just found out after attempting to trade the car in I'm paying 3500 more for the car then it is originally worth. It had 54,000 miles on it. And now the engine is making odd noises. So yeah. If I was you I would go to fletchers or some big time dealership. Thanks to them I found out I was screwed. Great place if you want to get a car you won't be paying for until after a year of payments.

Provided by YP.comI originally found a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee at AutoPlex in Brookland, but they did not offer financing, I was sent to Nettleton Autosales to talk to MATT FLOYD. He was really nice and we signed paper work and he sent me on my way with one piece of paper. I should have been given a copy of the papers I signed or at least the contract and title, I was not. Five days after having the Jeep it started acting funny and the check engine light came on. My boyfriend had a diagnositic test run on it and it was the transmission fluid. The only way for that to happen is if the vehicle was at some point underwater. So we bought some Lucas to put in it to hold up until we could get it fixed the following weekend. Five days after that Matt called me and told me because I didn't say I was living at my mailing address the company didn't want to finance it and I needed a new co-signer by the end of the day. He was very rude and disrespectful during the phone call. I told him the next day that I could not get a new co-signer and even more disrespectfully he told me I needed to bring it back and he would see about returning my down payment. He wanted me to lie to the company about my living arrangement to get it financed when I told him before hand about it. He told me to tell the company that I purchased the vehicle from Nettleton Autosales when I actually found it at AutoPlex, but they charged me $300 than the original price I was told. He told me, "I thought we had an understanding about what you were supposed to say." He never said anything about my address but made sure to stress that I bought it from Nettleton Autosales and not AutoPlex. That was the only thing he specified. The next day I took the Jeep back to Matt with my boyfriend and my mom's boyfriend, so he wouldn't disrespect me and he couldn't give me my money back. Then he started to raise his voice and later cussed at my mom's boyfriend. Then he started raising his voice at me when I never got rude with him I just wanted to find out when I could pick my money up. These people are very shady and unprofessional. I will never do business with them again.

Provided by YP.comI bought a Volkswagon Passat from them and after three days of having the car my oil pressure light kept coming on so they told me to bring it in and they would put it in the shop. A few days later the called me back and told me the car was fixed and I picked it up then. a couple of weeks later the same light came back on along with my check engine light and my radio also quit working. So I took it back up there and they put it back in the shop and they gave me a loaner car that was a 2005 tan Impala that was a piece of crap also windsheild wipers didnt work the car was pulling and the tires were awful. It took them almost 2 weeks to call me back just to tell me that they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it that I would have to take it to a VW dealership in Memphis. I bought a warranty for it so they told me to contact the warranty company and basically that they were done dealing with me. So I contacted the warranty company and I have to pay for a diagnosis to find out what wrong with it before they can even decide if they are going to cover the repairs. Ive had this car for only a month and a half and I am furious with this dealership. Do Not Buy Anything From This Dealer!!

Provided by YP.comThis car lot is terrible. i bought a 2004 ford focus from this place and i had to bring it back 6 times in the 1st month for repairs. The breaks were out and the alternator needed repairs. every time i brought it back to them they swore it was fixed so i believed them, when i took it to the Ford dealer they told me the car had other problems as well. I called up Nettleton Auto sales,to speak with MATT FLOYD he told me they would not be fixing my car because their repair men said it was nothing wrong, although Ford said their was. Matt was very unprofessional and told me never to call up their again. I would never recommend this car lot to any one the else, although the cars look nice they run terribly. in my opinion your better off buying a bag of lemons in stead of a car from this dealer!
