Riceland Foods, founded in 1921, is a farmers cooperative business group based in Stuttgart, Ark. It is one of the largest rice millers and marketers in the world. The cooperative provides marketing services for rice products, soybeans and wheat, and is one of the leading soybean processors, rice exporters and oil producers. It offers rice products for private label packaging, as well as bulk rice for club stores and bulk users. Riceland Foods also provides a line of products in livestock feed ingredients, including full fat and defatted rice bran, mill feed, and hulls. It exports white, brown and parboiled rice throughout the world, including Africa, Mexico, Caribbean, Central America, Europe, the Far East, the Middle East and South America. The cooperative has a training and education center, which offers educational seminars in professional development, mechanical maintenance, precision industrial measurements, job skills, and computer applications.
