When touring the apartments and the properties, everything appears to be very nice and tidy, however after signing the lease and getting locked into a years lease it all turns downhill fast. Maintenance is terrible, the grounds are very nasty and not maintained at all thru the year. The appearance of the show apartment is nice but after further investigation they are cheaply made. The noise level is terrible. The internet was out half of the time and no attempts to fix them. The main complaint is the turnover of management in the office. The staff is never the same and be very very careful when your lease is expired and you move out, get EVERYTHING in writing even if you go to management make sure it is all in writing or you will end up at a collection agency. Very bad experience overall.

This place is terrible. They have had numerous managers in the mere 2 years they have been open. The staff has changed as well. They say they have a police officer on duty, but one cop is not going to control EVERYONE in all of the apts. People are rude and you pay way too much for the tiny space you will live in.
