Please! Do not send your loved ones here it is disgusting and horrifying my father. Was doing well he just needed rehabilitation. And he died after one day of being there they had four patients to a very small room and all the patients looked as if they were already dead. The staff was very rude and showed no concern.nor sympathy and would not tell my own mother. My father's wife for 27years what happened to him there was alot of unethical negligence that saw they do not even have updated or proper equipment make sure you visit (a mistake I made) and then run......its Horrible I miss my dad and every day I feel guilt for sending him there

Th people at Arrowhead are really friendly and v seem to care about the residents.

This place is horrifying. Poor patient care to the point of neglect. Disgusting food. Dank, depressing, environment overall. And the staff have an attitude like they're running a 5-star hotel, but neglect their patients. The Director of Nursing is a shameful soul...If I had to work for her, I'd kill myself. It's a shame folks don't have the resources to put their family members in a better place.

Horrible!! Ignorant staff

I worked for this company PRN. On one paperid I worked over 90 hours. The director of nursing. Is a foul human being who play favorites and surround herself with people she has worked with in the past. and while there I would be the only nurse on the hall while my conurse would be in the office gossing with her. I was let go on a lie that I did not chat. I was one of the few nurses that did chart. It eas awful. And now they are giving me a bad referance to cover up their wrong doing.I took a written referance when i went it dissappeared.So many companies cover up their wrong doing by blaming it on what they call disgruntal ex-employees.It may be supprising to know that some people would gladly le bygones be bygones. But to interfere with anothers survival is terrible. You have no ide how severe the consequences are.

this is the worst facility I have ever seen. It should be condemed!!!!
