Provided by YP.comOrdered from them multiple times over the years, lately I have cut back, customer service wasn't good and I had a problem with a "non-delivery" once. Just ordered from them today: shrimp lo mein and sesame chicken. Shrimp lo mein had a look like it was recycled (under the top was all cut up, into small pieces, only a few tails left. Top layer looked decent). Mixing the food/sauce, I found a tea bag tag and when I called, no "I'm sorry". One female begins speaking a non English, then the second female picks up and asks what the problem was. I inform her that the food looked not so edible and there was a tea bag tag in my food. She stated she has never heard of that and I agreed and stated that I didn't order tea bag tags, but shrimp lo mein. By this time, I am pretty frustrated with their disposition. Then she says bring it back, bring it back. I inform her that I can't because I am at work and she said whatever, bring it when you can today. I will NEVER eat there again

Provided by YP.comWe called China City from my 470 number and they confirmed they had it. We then gave them the cell number that's associated with my address because my friend didn't know the address by heart. We placed our order. Their menu promises "Fast Delivery" but the wait time was 45 minutes!! We placed our order at 8:20. While I'm waiting patiently at home I keep checking out the window for the driver. Around 9pm I realized my cell number had died. So I immediately placed it on the charger. We then called China City back from the 470 number and inquired about the delivery. They stated that he was on the way. Then they changed the story and said someone came but no one was here! Now we have 2 trucks and a decommissioned police car in the driveway, loud music playing from inside the house and three people and three dogs here and not one person knocked on the door or rang any doorbells. I have a light pole and motion detection lights in front of my house. I pleaded with them to deliver the food. After 10 minutes of intense debate they finally agreed as we told them that we would wait outside in the street visible at the driveway so they could see us. They said they called us many times. We stated that our cell number had died and they never called our 470 number! I then power on my phone and see no missed calls. So I proceed to put my phone on a charger attached to an extension cord in the garage so I can hear it. After 15 minutes of waiting outside I return to my cell and find it dead charging at 5%. I see three missed call ( 2 from the driver and one from store - yet again they did not call the 470 number as instructed), the earliest being within 5 minutes. They then stated he came a second time and nobody was here and no one answered the phone when called. I stated and reminded them that that phone was dead and that I was outside and no one came. The lady then put me on the never ending "hold." I called the driver and pleaded with him and shortly thereafter he started yelling at me! I asked him why he was yelling at me, the customer, and he calmed down. After asking him about my house to see if he went to the wrong address he hung up in my face. I have ordered from them previously but was so shock and disgusted on how they treated me and of their exceptionally poor customer service! I will not be ordering from them anymore and would advise my loved ones to do the same and to hold these small business owners/operators accountable to good customer service and treatment. If they care so little about me and how they interact with me, who knows what their doing to our food?
