I went for a tour of this school and it wasnt what I thought at all. The lobby was the only thing that impressed me because it was sort of high tech. But when I went inside the classroom that I was interested in for my son I was RUDELY awakened. The class was chaotic with kids crying, noses running, fighting each other, and running around the classroom aimlessly. The teachers looked overwhelmed and were changing pampers without any gloves. My son had to use the bathroom and the bathroom was fair but when he finished and went to wash his hands there was not any hand soap in the classroom ANYWHERE. I asked the teacher and she fumbled around for a minute or so until she found an empty soap container with a little soap residue in it and handed it to me. This experience let me know that there is not any handwashing from the teachers and the children in this school and that the teachers may not be properly trained to handle these types of occurances in the classroom. Also I found out they dont answer the phone either. When my child is in someone elses care and I call the caregiver I would comforted to know that someone will be there for me as a parent when I call. Very disappointed! We are going to look elsewhere for a better child care center.
