I am not please with the way they handle the warranty on there work i took my vehicle back to them and to stop for repairing my car thay said that i had a 11months warrant on parts and labor but the work order said 12months so thay refuse to redue to do the repair all over again all thay did is look at and said i don't need new parts but the vehicle still run like hell BBB i must report.

EXECELLENT SERVICE! - Fletcher & Son is an exceptional business. They are professional, knowledgeable and great mechanics. My car was over heating and I wasn't sure of the cause. I went to Fletcher & Son, who greeted me with a smile and listened to the issue and assured me they would find out the problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness of the follow up on the issue (which was the water pump), and the cost to repair. The price was reasonable and the service was done to my satisfaction. It is rare to find someone that is honest and care about the work they do. They do all types of mechanical work. I WILL BE BACK!

This a great Auto Repair shop for everything. Especially for emission test car had engine light on couldn't pass emission Mr.Fletcher took a look at it told me what needed to be done,brought me to the back to show what was wrong and fixed the problem. And didn't break me I would recommend them to any one.

I would take my car here for any problem it had. They were the most professional people I've dealt with not to mention the beyond reasonable price. I was quoted $750 and $370 for 2 other places and they fixed it for $90. Everyone who worked there smiled and spoke. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Thank you,thank you, thank you guys!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - Took time to listen to me. Carefully explained what was happening in my car. Didn't take advantage of me. I'm a single female, but they showed integrity and honesty. If you have any car trouble and need quick, but thorough service, go to FLETCHER & SON. Shemar was my attendant, and he was FABULOUS!!!!
