Went there once technician missing and purse left in shop...was socializing at tattoo shop. Another time technician....same one....scolded clients for allowing other technicians to service us. Today I called for business hours at 6:15...was told they close at 7 so I said I am coming now. Arrived at 6:35 to have eyebrows done. Shades drawn, lights off, door locked. I could see someone was inside. I tried....3 strikes....moving on to a more professional establishment. Like the way they do my brows but too much trouble for my money.
