I was in the store after coming next door from shopping in a shoe store. The lady said I need to take ur bag. I said that won't b necessary because I don't see anything I want so I'm going to leave. The lady said, "well I still have to take it because I don't know what you might do"! How unprofessional is that???? Not only was she rude but then tried to take my bag out of my hand. I was very close to responding in a negative way! I just left. This has to stop. They can't assume everyone is a thief! Don't get me wrong, checking bags in is ok, but there is a professional way to approach the situation! STOP HIRING UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!!
