First impression, very nice caring. This was the worst nightmare ever, I would not recomment anyone purchasing anything from these folks. They broke a lift jack on our brand new camper pulling it with a fork lift, took one off a wrecked camper right in front of us put on our new one and wrote up a bent one for insurance claim on the used one. Of course they deny this, we personally watched them to do this. The RV had a flat in route to dealership, they "fixed" it, only for it to be flat now and they say the replaced with a brand new one, and one tells me they "fixed" it. We have a flat tire and it is all the sudden our problem. We were called liars, be-littled and treated like a bother to these folks. Our salesman walked out for family reasons and never told us he was leaving, thank you or anything, we were stuck with the manager that said they would keep our deposit and he was an attorney and I could not fight and win that battle. The deal went sour when we got there and our camper was not how they felt it should have been, we were told we lied to them about the condition, I told them we don't sell campers for a living they do and they need to do inspection and not depend on us over the phone, they did not want to go thru with the sale and keep our deposit, finally, they gave us near nothing for our trade and pushed us out the door. They will not make good on tire/wheel less than one month after we bought it for that BBB will look into and for filing a claim on that persons wrecked camper for something that was not damaged in the accident they will answer to as well. The camper belonged to someone who allowed son to borrow truck and camper and he forgot to set the trailer brake and the driver side swiped a convertible when a car slammed brakes on in front of him and he could not stop. If this is your camper, you got a near lift jack on our behalf from your insurance epense, we have your old one on our new camper! .

My husband and a friend went there to look at some trailers, and the salesman left them in a trailer for over 20 min. And no one really came to help them. I guess if your just looking they don't help you. Which is to bad, I guess when we buy one it won't be from them and I won't recommend them to anyone. Worst service ever!!!!!!
