Provided by YP.comThe customer service, prices of packages and quality of services is terrible from Timeless Memories and I would not use or recommend them to anyone. Pristine Chapel highly recommends Timeless Memories services and try to convince you that they are familiar with the timeframe of events, shows you photobooks and want you to sign a contract along with their individual form, but DO NOT do it. Do not get pressured into using Timeless and if you do, you want to have an additional photographer or you will be sorry.
I am so sorry to read of your dissatisfaction with the photography services. Customer feedback is greatly appreciated, however you must voice your feedback to our office. It is most professional to alert our staff with any concerns. It is unfortunate that we were not made aware of your concerns, as you did not bring them to us.
