I have used Appalachian Stoneworks since 2001.

First we started with our kitchen granite tops.

Turned out perfect. Then we did the enter way with a big black diamond, wow! Then a year or two later we had them do our guest bathroom counter tops Every time I go into the bathroom it takes my breath away..it is so beautiful. A few years later we had them do another top in our downstairs family room. The reason we kept calling them back for them to do more granite, is because their price and workmanship was perfect. If they could not come for our schedule they would call and ask for another time.

Would I use them again? In heartbeat. The only thing I am bothered by is I can't find another top for them to put granite on!!!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They would not return phone calls, were consistently late (as in four to five hours late every single time) for appointments, never called to say they were running late and never offered an apology for the hassle. When they finally did show up, they had the wrong size granite so it couldn't be installed and we had to reschedule once again. They constantly made excuses for why the work wasn't done. After dealing with this unprofessional and unorganized company for several weeks (and missing a lot of work waiting on them) we finally just gave up, asked for our money back and went with a more reliable company.
