It's the most happening place in the Lil' Ole' Town of Jonesborough...Fresh Home Cooked Meals...Made Fresh while u have a cup of coffee or cappuccino, very fast service by the owner's Jo and Nancy..and there's Joseph, Nancy's Husband makes all the homemade cakes,,,which are the BEST..I mean awesom, & to die 4...You just have to come to "The Cranberry Thistle", to see for yourself...Each Saturday evening has live Bands, Bluegrass, Ole' Timers, and the 1st Saturday of the month there's Lightin Charlie, if you don't know who he is you'll love him as we all do...lots of pickin, singing bluegrass, stompin your feet, Gospel, Just a great way to end your week...MAKE RESERVATIONS OR YOU WON'T HAVE A SEAT....SERVING FOOD TIL 7pm..after the band starts there's the Coffee & Deserts, there's more than the Cake..Good country Cookin...You'll still be smiling as your leaving....Tuesday through Saturday hours are 8am to 7pm..Day of Rest Sunday, Monday do what u need to ....
