David Crockett High School serves the educational needs of students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,400 students and offers classes in English, social studies, foreign language, performing and visual arts, physical education, math and science. It also provides vocational education in auto body, auto mechanics, cosmetology, electricity, machine shop and welding. It provides opportunities to students to participate in various extracurricular activities, such as band, chorus, drama club, the Health Occupations Students of America, French club, prayer group, student council and yearbook. The school provides athletic training to boys and girls in basketball, track and field, softball, baseball, soccer, golf, cross country, football and wrestling. David Crockett High School is a part of the Washington County School District and is located in Jonesborough, Tenn.
