went to Food City today to get lottery tickets that a brand new lottery machine right as you walk through the door so I scan my ticket
the machine said that this was the winning ticket the machine doesn't give you back money or anything you just get more tickets so I stood there and waited on it to give me my win tickets nothing happen so I scan my ticket again the machine then said sorry your tickets already been redeemed it already been paid out but I got nothing so I went to the manager to see if he could correct the problem good manager said it was a new machine they knew nothing about it so they called a few 800 numbers and to make a long story short. I got nothing for a winning lottery ticket. the manager then said that I would have to call the claims office to get a form to redeem my ticket then I was asked if I had tried to redeem the ticket somewhere else and I already got the money for it so where else. I wanted play back the video and they could see exactly what happened don't use the machine
