I take both of my vehicles to Robert. They have always done me right. I don't know of any Roger that works at Affordable tire.

I'm sad that I can't give them 0 stars. I have been to these guys a few times in the past for a flat tire they seemed pretty honest so I took my truck there for an inspection. Roger did the inspection and found that we needed a pitman arm and an idler arm. He told me two hours in labor which is 130.00 then 80.00 in parts. My pitman arm is still under warranty so we can just knock off 40.00 from that. I take it to them that morning and give them the new pitman arm. I get a call around noon saying the truck is done so I sent my husband. He charged my husband double and said the idler arm he purchased from Oreilys was 76.00 and it took 3 and a half hours instead of two. I call Oreilys they don't even have one for that. It was 43.00. Then he tells my husband we need an alignment . My his band gets in the truck and the steering wheel is so out of line. It was nothing like this when we took it there. He put the pitman arm on and didn't do it correctly and then wanted us to pay for his mistake. I will never go back and I will make sure everyone knows how dishonest these people are.
