Very unethical business practices, and would recommend Rick Smith and his team to no one. I received an initial quote from them in regards to car insurance for two automobiles for a premium of $1,304 annually. Based on this quote and promise that it would still be available at that price in a month, I went through all the other steps to cancel my wife's current policy and adjust things need to fully switch over the Rick Smith and Farmer's insurance, and when I call back just over a month later, I am told there were some rate changes and things they didn't notice and it would now be $2200 annually!!! $900 more!!! Absolutely ridiculous, and terrible business practices. Instead of an apology, all I got from Rick was some sweet talking to try and get me to move to a policy with less coverage so that we could lower the premium.
