Customer service is very important to me. And how Im greeted the moment I get into a place of business really sets the tone for me and how I view a place. This place, not so great in the welcoming area. Well at least by the one I was working with. Blah and no personality, didnt feel like it mattered if I were there or not, so I moved on.
