We've also had nothing but problems with our new home. Wiring was wrong in the kitchen so it kept blowing breakers, drafty windows (that need plastic in the winter), countertops falling apart, walls that aren't square, insulation missing from around the windows, Other insulation issues that an Energy Audit showed on thermal imaging (RC stated that all window and insulation issues would not be addressed) cheap materials and poor workmanship. The list is endless. We apparently bought a two story house trailer with poor customer service. You pay in full, so everyone has their money- they could care less about you.

We bought our home through Ritz-Craft approved builder. Nothing but MAJOR problems. Called Ritz Craft to remove this builder. Ritz Craft did not honor there warranty. They wanted me to pay the builder before they would give any support. The builder that did all the damage. It has been 2.5 years and I finally have to take the builder and Ritz Craft to court. Ritz Craft has been found guilty of not supplying a warranty. I have over $75,000 in damages and $22,000 in legal fees. Good luck if you get involved. You have been warned!
