Absolute worst experience! & didn't even have to make the trip to write this.

Called to confirm the address while on my way to see them for a safety inspection around 3:50pm. They close at 5pm. They do not give me their address but instead asks me what i'm coming in for. After telling them why, he tells me he has to go to his granddaughter baseball game and gonna close early. Told him that i understood but I (as a customer) needed to get this done. "Wouldn't you want to go to your granddaughter's baseball game?" was the lasting he said before hanging up.

I'm not saying going to his granddaughter's baseball game is wrong but treating customers this way is not right. Horrible, Horrible business / customer service ethics!! Unbelievable.

This place is excellent. He offer's good prices with excellent work. This is the only place I would get work done on my car. He really knows what he is talking about.
