Great place! Don is one of a kind ROCKER! The store has interesting pre-owned items you can't find anywhere else. Bagpipes anyone? It's worth the trip just to look at the photos of the rock stars Don has jammed with and to hang with Albert the store's feline mascot. And Don, Thanks for the tune-ups and restrings for the school kids!

Not interested in customers, only dollar bills. If you have decent gear and you know it, you are in trouble. They will find the oldest ,model of that item on ebay and say thats all its worth - they will trash your gear if you want to sell/trade - and lets not for get the customer service - good until you have an opinion. Then the true colors show. Not very professional - a glorified pawn shop. (and not a very good one. - most gear is older)

Left One day very upset after being lowballed on decent equipment - (4 month old guitar I purchased NEW) made mention to a customer that was heading in , "Good luck, He's in rare form today" - then came back after a couple weeks after emailing Don about a half stack trade for a guitar, and was yelled at, cursed at and shoved by Don himself to get out. I tried to talk reasonably but It did not help. Big drama, big show. I had delt with them before and it was ok - Noah the other guy there was ok to deal with until that whole ordeal. Too bad.
