Where is the zero star rating? They come and say, oh we can't do anything to check the drain, there are a few inches of water in the pool, here's a bill for 89.00. We will be back in a few days. But they never show. We call another pool repair company who tell us how to fix the issue over the phone. Do not call thus place, a joke of a business who do NOT know how to repair pools.

Poorly run business! Just to get an estimate or anything done always took 3 or more phone calls. Always to "busy" to call back.Then they finally do the job but don't have the new power cord so they don't finish the job or tell me what's going on finally 2 days later I call them to see when they will finish the $1000+job and they want to bill me for coming back out and finishing the job!! They are a joke and I will never use them for anything again! Oh But I did get the bill really fast!

My inground pool was loosing a lot of water so I called Blue Water. They gave me some tips over the phone to help me find the leak. It turned out to be the gasket in my multiport valve was bad. They had the part instock. They also explained to me how to replace it. I was able to do it myself and avoid a service call.

The people who run this business are super to deal with and they gave me great advice this year when I had trouble getting my pool clear after opening it up....and it didn't cost me a fortune either! I highly recommend.
