Once again. Failed by Geek Squad in Joplin, MO & online support. Bought lap top from Best Buy in Joplin, Mo & purchased geek squad tec support for a lot of money. From the moment I brought my pc home I have had nothing but probs. I'm on the phone with geek squad at least 1-3 times a week. I had remote repairs done constantly, They never fix it. I spent 4 hours in front of my p.c. with "geek squad" on 5-9-15. The dude screwed my pc up worse than it was before I called. He did not communicate with me one time throughout the repair. I stepped away from pc for 60 seconds (HUGE MISTAKE ON MY PART) when I came back to pc the dude was gone & claimed it was fixed. Did not even stick around for me to check & see if things were working. Well, nothing was fixed at all. When he got done I still had the exact same issues I had before logging on with "geek squad" only worse. I would try to log in, could not unless shutting down & restarting numerous times & then I could not even log out of my FB page because they do not know what they are doing at "geek squad". Nothing worked after "geek squad" messed up my p.c.. When I called them & explained what happened they had no idea what to tell me except, "take it in to Best Buy in Joplin, Mo & let their "geek squad" look at it". I have taken it in to the Best Buy Geek squad in Joplin ,MO before & they do not have a clue as to what they are doing either. Last time they got their hands on my p.c. they messed it up as well. I will never buy another pc from best buy in Joplin, MO or purchase their over priced geek squad protection plan. I may as well have flushed the $400.00 I paid for geek squad protection down the drain because I wasted that $400 for nothing. I do not recommend geek squad in Joplin, Mo or Best Buy in Joplin, MO
