Absolutely HORRIBLE ! First I called 20min before close was told they weren't making fresh pizza for the rest of the night. So said fine went somewhere else, called the next day and talked to the General Manager Nancy, she apologized and said that was not correct and they had told them not to do that anymore. She said she would give me credit for my order told her it was 3 pizzas sigle topping thin crust she said o well will give you one, said fine. She said its in the book and just call in and it will be made when you want it. Well Called in today about 2 weeks later and surprise its not in the book ! The Shift Leader Victoria said she couldn't do anything about it and hung up, I called back said can you call her ? she said sure. well 45min later still nothing. Called back and asked if she had gotten ahold of Nancy she said no and she cant do anything since its not in the book, Hung up again while I was talking ! I called back and said that is 2 times you have hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. Victoria said I told you I cant do anything are you going to order ? I said no and hung up. So at this location 823 S Maiden Lane, Joplin, MO 64801 417-626-0808 They have no managers except a general manager and the owner works when ever shes the owner from what Victoria said. Well I can see why they appear to be having trouble there with customers. Aviod this location and don't do business with them.
