I go to McDonald's on west 7th joplin and the thing is there is always a particular girl that sits in there and she's loud. It's bad when your clear across the lobby and hear every conversation she has. It's a family restaurant not drama club. It is ridiculous. Wish they would let her know she needs to be respectful. I know the evening shift isn't gonna do anything about it half the time they aren't doing their job. I sat in there one night and listened to some off duty employees that if I had my grand daughter their and had to hear their language I would walk out.

always crappy food and wrong orders ..Calling in gets old i have just stuck to getting drinks there and their still wrong have the time

this McDonald's messed up my order and the manager was completely rude.

i think that mcdonlds in webb city is horrible. they ALWAYS screw up my food order along with the one on 7th st. i came to mcdonals this morning thre the drive-thru and happening to see a ladsy cleaning a chair thng or sumin w chemicals on a car w food under it. really i think you need to clean sumin go sumwhere else to do ti.

McDonalds on W 7th in Joplin has the worst service . 3rd time with in 2 weeks I didn't get one of my items. I called them and the manager didn't care ,didn't try to fix it . She just said ok...its a drive thru too ,not a pull up and we will bring it out to u . Ide go to Sonic if I wanted that!

Have never cared for McDonald's. The only thing worth eating is Specialty Chicken sandwich. You can eat at a nice place for the same price.
