Provided by YP.comI have had a surgery and a procedure at Mercy and both experiences were very pleasant. Doctors, nurses and techs were excellent. Great job!

Provided by YP.comMy 89-year-old grandma broke her femur and chose to go to Mercy. She and I are two peas in a pod and I am very protective of her. That being said, EVERYONE at Mercy was amazing! She was thrilled with the care she received as was my family. Thank you very much!

Provided by YP.comVery disappointed in the way they handle letting go of a Dr. And not giving patients a notice or even any assistance on get a medication refill for the next 30 days. They push pain medication and think it's ok to cut them off high and dry! I want to know what they would do in this situation! I never would have had a bad thing about this office. I love the nurses, office staff and anyone else I encountered. But I hope they know how many sick people there will be due to this. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL! USE CAUTION I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE OR YOUR LOVED ONES! plus after receiving this information the office manager said she promised she would call me back! BUT I WANT TO SAY I LOVE ASHLEY AND MICHELLE!

Provided by YP.comMercy. There is no Mercy. My dad went in for a Bypass surgery on 12/22/14. He went through triple bypass surgery. Was scheduled for 4 hours. It took over eight hours. Come to find out the complications they had were from them trying to take veins out of the legs of a diabetic 74 year old man. Now with both legs butchered with no viable veins they take veins out of the chest cavity. The aorta had plaque build up that wasn't cleaned up that produced a clot that caused a stroke. Meanwhile the family was told the patient was stable. a day later the family was told there was a infection that is causing some complications but they have medications they can treat it with. Next day the family was told the patient has pneumonia they are now treating. two days later the kidneys are not filtering like they should, heart not stable enough to withstand Dialysis. ONE WEEK AFTER HAVING A SURGERY THAT THEY BOTCHED THEY ARE SAYING MY DAD IS NOT FUNCTIONING AND IF HE DOESN'T DIE ON HIS OWN WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK THE FAMILY HAS TO MAKE HARD DECISIONS OR ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HIS CARE. I see no MERCY in this hospital. Please try to avoid. It is apparent they killed my dad.

Provided by YP.comHad a terrible experience during 24 hr stay at Mercy. Some careless nurses, doctor who almost gave me the meds I was allergic to,
tech jerked needle around in my arm and hurt me but never apologized. The Nurse caring for
my smelly and overweight roommate refused to
allow her to take a shower. She kept getting greasy food to eat when she came to the hospital for food poisoning then she got sick again. I emailed the hospital with all my complaints and they never responded. I had heard that if you write to the administrator that
person never responds either. The reason I was
in the hospital in the first place is because a Mercy surgeon Prescribed medicine he should have known I couldn't take.
